Luis, AKA Luis Castañon, is a flash artist who is a Staff member of Newgrounds. Luis has been a frequent contributor since 2000, and has submitted over 64 Flash movies and games, including collaborations. He has over 75 awards, including four Weekly User's Choice Awards, over 25 Daily Features and two Review Crew Picks. His best received works include Till death do us part, Newgrounds Rumble, and Portal Defenders. Luis is one of the elite few Newgrounds Users who have had a holiday on Newgrounds to celebrate them - Luis Day in 2007. He was hired by Newgrounds as an Administrator in 2010.

Luis is the organizer of the major series of annual Meets in London, UK. He sets up web pages connected to an official thread for the meet each year. The web pages are edited afterwards to create a record of who was there, with lots of labelled pictures.
