Dr. Mario with Lyrics is a Flash cartoon animated by Parker Simmons (DarqV). It is a music video based on the puzzle-based video game Dr Mario by Nintendo.

Dr. Mario with Lyrics was originally a song by Brentalfloss, a popular uploader of videos to YouTube. His movies usually feature classical video game music combined with lyrics sung by him. For this video, he collaborated with animator Parker Simmons, who had already made a video, Chrono Trigger: Musical, based on his music. Dr. Mario with Lyrics turned out to be a much better received video though. The movie's graphics are cartoonish, much like the Mario franchise that is parodied.
